The Creator’s Day Pass at Brighton Light House
Brighton Light House offers countless opportunities for professional or amateur photographers and videographers to capture captivating images of their clients and their clients’ work. The unique and carefully planned details of both our indoor and outdoor spaces photograph beautifully and we welcome you to use our space as the backdrop for your art.
To date, our space has been used for:

It is for the protection of both the property and our members and residents, that photographers and videographers are required to purchase a Creator’s Day Pass in order to access areas agreed upon within and around Brighton Light House, the Carriage House, All Heart Garage, and our grounds. The use of our space for photo or video shoots is subject to the fees listed below.
Prices are subject to change and may vary based upon the scope of your needs.
Creator’s Day Passes are subject to approval of time, space, and price.
Day Pass Options
Creator’s Day Pass (Outdoors Only) $50
Outdoor access to the grounds at Brighton Light House and All Heart Garage. Reservations are required.
Creator’s Day Pass (Indoors and Outdoors) $125/hr
Indoor and Outdoor access to Brighton Light House and All Heart Garage. Reservations are required and times must be agreed upon by the photographer and Brighton Light House.
Creator’s Day Pass (Large Groups Indoors and Outdoors) starts at $125/hr
Indoor and Outdoor access to Brighton Light House. Groups larger than fifteen are required to reserve a room for their use. Prices begin at $125/hour and may vary depending on the size of your group and the scope of your project.
Creator’s Day Pass (Large Groups Outdoors) $95
Outdoor access to the grounds at Brighton Light House and All Heart Garage for groups larger than ten people. Reservations are required.
Co-Working Day Pass $25
Co-Working Day Passes allow guests an opportunity to try the space for a day or just experience a change of scenery. This is a great option for work or for exploring the lighting and ambience of the space prior to your photo shoot.
Additional Notes
In order to secure the use of a specific space inside Brighton Light House, creators must reserve that space. To learn more about our available spaces, visit our Explore Our Space page.
Photographers hired to photograph events at Brighton Light House are not required to purchase a Creator’s Day Pass.
Creators are also welcome to join Brighton Light House as members to use the space for their work more freely. Please visit our Become a Member page to learn more about membership.
Entering Brighton Light House property for the purpose of photography or videography without a Day Pass is trespassing and is against the law.
