Brighton Light House offers versatile spaces for individuals and groups to work, gather, and grow--both personally and professionally. 

Our property features 6 offices, 3 large common areas, an outdoor deck, an art studio, a spacious workshop, and outdoor grounds on two acres.  The space is designed for your comfort and built with attention to detail, with the highest quality materials and craftsmanship. 

We invite you to join us as a resident or member to take advantage of our member pricing.

Chestnut Room

Capacity: 1-6 people

Equipped with display panel that can be used to display content, one meeting table, six chairs

The Chestnut Room offers private, efficient space for individual or small team work, meetings, and training sessions.

Art Studio

Carriage House, Parking lot level, Overlooks Micro Park
Capacity: up to 16 people

Equipped with state-of-the art video conferencing and live streaming capability, six (six foot) rectangular tables, 16-20 chairs, and a soft seating area.

The Art Studio offers flexible space for meetings, classes, workshops, or training sessions.

Workshop

Carriage House, Parking lot level
Capacity: up to 45 people

Open-air capacity. Equipped with high-speed Internet, sound absorbing rug and acoustic panels, six (seven foot) rectangular farmhouse tables, and folding chairs as well as an 85" display panel should you need to share photos or a presentation. There are also microphones and sound equipment available for use.

The Workshop offers flexible space for meetings, classes, workshops, or training sessions. It is available to rent in two hour time blocks for meetings

The White Pine Room is occupied full-time.

Common Space

Catalpa Room

A common space located on the first floor of the Main House, it features tables and chairs, a kitchenette, and a floor to ceiling view of our beautiful backyard as well as a Smart TV.

The Catalpa Room opens to a deck with outdoor seating (weather permitting).

Capacity: up to 14 people

Outside business hours, the Catalpa Room is available for meetings, subject to the following rates: $75.00/hour (Brighton Light House members) and $125.00/hour (non-members).

Magnolia Room

A common space located on the first floor of the Main House. It features a table with chairs for work or meeting, and a pleasant, comfortable seating area as well. The Magnolia Room faces Brighton Lake Road.

The Magnolia Room serves as a lounge and waiting room for clients of Brighton Light House residents and a soft place to land while co-working or for informal meetings.

Capacity: up to 8-10 people

The Grounds

Our Grounds offer endless opportunities for self-reflection, exploration, meetings, outdoor classes, work with clients, stretching, and wandering. The grounds are also popular for the use of artists and photographers, who are welcome to purchase a Creator’s Day Pass to access the grounds.

Daily work space in the Catalpa Room, Magnolia Room, the Carriage House Art Studio, and the Workshop is open for co-working when not reserved for meetings. Professionals who would like to try our space are welcome to purchase a Co-Working Day Pass.
