Griefshop

In this workshop, local author and workshop facilitator, Anna Oginsky will provide a healing opportunity for guests to explore grief through journaling prompts and candid conversation.

From dreams to things to loved ones, we all experience loss. This session is intended to give you tools that can be helpful in processing the grief you experience over that loss.

Griefshop was inspired by Anna’s own experience with grief after the sudden loss of her father in 2010 and the blog, then book that followed. With an awareness that unprocessed grief is stored in the body, it is important to Anna to help people learn to process and release grief.

She has facilitated this well-received program across the country. Guests will receive a copy of Anna’s award-winning book, My New Friend Grief to keep or pass on to someone else.

Vision Quest 2023

Vision Quest 2023

We are thrilled to welcome Sharon Marie to Brighton Light House for this special session—Vision Quest 2023!

We start with the question: What do you want to bring into form in 2023?  The newness, the freshness, the blank slate that a new year opens within for each of us.  The light of possibilities!  Can you feel it?

We will dream your vision into being for 2023, becoming ever so clear what it is on your heart.  Consecrating how we want to feel with colors, paint, images, and movement.  We will go on a visioning, journal, create a vision board with paint & images, and move to activate your vision into being.

You will feel nourished with more openness, more flow, and more connection to self, and you will feel full having experienced the connection inspired by creating and being in community with others.

By the end of our time together, you will have your very own map of what is important to YOU for the coming year.

Includes lunch with drinks available throughout our time together.

Sharon Marie is an intuitive & transformational healing artist weaving many teachings, traditions, and modalities throughout her work. She guides clients both individually and in group settings providing divine feminine nurturing care and parasympathetic nervous system regulation. Sharon is adept at creating space for her clients to heal in this sacred pause.  It’s in this stillness where her clients are able to (re)connect & remember the wholeness already within while bringing on an entirely new perspective & awareness of their life and shifting their once frazzled being into a state of total tranquility.  Moving into this rest & calm state the nervous system regulates and one finds true healing- impacting the whole body, mind, & spirit.  This is where the magic of manifesting transforms life into one of beauty, radiance, and joy with much ease and grace.

She (re)membered her sacred calling from a young age embarking on a creative journey once again in early 2013 that she once gave up for more than 22 years.  During this time Sharon became a Certified Intentional Creativity Teacher & Creativity Coach in the Color of Woman method by Shiloh Sophia from CA.  She studied with Lisa Michaels from GA starting in 2014, diving deep into her Natural Creations teachings.  From there, certifying with Susanna Maida as a Medicine Walk Facilitator, and working deeply with Jess Fenton from the UK in all things pertaining to Manifestation and Gene Keys since 2020.  Combining these teachings with the extensive knowledge and learnings gained from practicing as a Licensed Massage Therapist for nearly two decades, Sharon birthed her business, Tranquil Being.

She continually seeks many different fields of study & teachers to integrate her love and passions for bodywork, creativity, and nature to live a more intentional life that brings more beauty and  transformation to the world.  Bringing this all together helps in the most powerful way and Sharon wants others to experience this for themselves too!

You can connect with Sharon by calling 734-761-8753 or sending an email to connect@tranquilbeing.com
