As entrepreneurs and professionals ourselves, we have observed that adequate space is often a limiting factor in being able to do the work we feel called to do. Brighton Light House serves as a platform from which people can work both comfortably and efficiently.

Membership
We offer three levels of membership:
Community $175/month or $1800/annually
Associate $75/month
Virtual $35/month

Residency
We currently have part-time residencies available in our Juniper and Oak Rooms at Brighton Light House.
We have full-time co-warehouse residencies available at our sister property, All Heart Garage.

Private Office and Meeting Space
We offer a variety of office and meeting spaces suitable for 1-45 people. These spaces range in rental fees from $35/hour for an individual office to $95/hour for our largest space—the Carriage House Workshop.

Holistic Networking Group
Our Holistic Networking Group meets every other Thursday throughout the year. It is facilitated by local success coach, Kathy King of Kathy King Strategies. It is $30/month to join, or $15/meeting to drop-in.

We offer a variety of Day Passes to suit your specific needs.
Co-Working Day Pass $25/day
Creator’s Day Pass (Outdoors Only) $50
Creator’s Day Pass (Indoors and Outdoors) $125/hour
Creator’s Day Pass (Large Groups) starts at $95
Programs and Events
We also offer a broad range of programs designed to help you grow personally and professionally. Our programs are facilitated by Brighton Light House team members and guest teachers (who rent our space for their own programs).
These programs range in pricing from free and open to the public to bigger investments commensurate with the offering.
Our Sister Property, All Heart Garage
Established in 2022, All Heart Garage provides Co-Warehouse and Work Space, along with the Coupe DeVille Meeting Room and Creator Space (exclusive to Community Members).
This innovative space features the same comfort and efficiency as Brighton Light House with the air of a vintage garage. Residency and Membership in either space provides access to both properties.
Warehouse Storage at All Heart Garage
Our Warehouse Storage Units at our sister property, All Heart Garage offer approximately 350 square feet of secure, dedicated storage.
Residents enjoy 24/7 access to the space.
The space features garage door entry for easy loading and unloading and office space access for co-working and meetings.
$875/month
Sound Booths at All Heart Garage
All Heart Garage, also features three private Sound Booths and a Podcast Booth. These spaces are available to Community Members and by reservation.
Here you can make recordings, livestream, Zoom, and take private calls. Booths are equipped with an adjustable height desk, barstool, and acoustic panels. Additional A/V equipment is also available.

Semi-Private Work Bay at All Heart Garage
While the Semi-Private Work Bays at All Heart Garage are open to our Community Members, they can be reserved for use by the public as well.
These cubicles feature heigh adjustable desks and chairs; a monitor, keyboard, and mouse to dock into; a whiteboard; and drawers for storage.
