Click Pause can be used as a brainstorming or strategy session; or, you could bring a book to read, your journal, a project, or even a craft to work on.
You may decide to use this time to take a nap, to wander around our beautiful grounds, or even nap on the grounds!
In addition to providing benefits to your health and sense of well-being, making time to Click Pause can reduce stress, regulate your nervous system, give you the opportunity to reconnect with yourself, and allow you to return to your daily life with a fresh perspective.
