Introducing Serenity & Sound with Angelina Kretz!

Join your community for an outdoor experience which will unite us in body and spirit! 

Bring your blanket, zero gravity chair, yoga mat, or whatever suits your comfort for an hour of Serenity & Sound. 

We invite you to become engulfed in the sounds of nature while submerged in the scenery of the beautiful grounds of the Brighton Light House. 

Adding to the experience, Angelina will provide a sound bath from our Outdoor Classroom. The soundbath will incorporate instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, drums, and gongs to bring further relaxation and harmony to the community. 

Research indicates that sound healing can help reduce anxiety, improve sleep quality, and enhance mental clarity. We look forward to creating this space for you. 

More about Angelina . . . Angelina Kretz has always been drawn to the power of sound through music performance and dance. Her deep connection to sound lead her to discover its profound impact on the mind, body, and soul as a means of personal transformation and healing.  It was a respite from her role in the automotive industry, as, none other than, an Energy Systems Engineer.  

Angelina is certified in the foundations of sound healing and is currently studying to become a licensed one-on-one sound practitioner through the Sound Healing Academy. Additionally, she holds a Level II Reiki practitioner certification, further enhancing her ability to facilitate healing and balance in others. She wishes to share her light with those open to receive, serving each individual's highest good. Whether through the healing vibrations of sound or the gentle energy of Reiki, her mission is to guide others toward living authentically in peace and harmony.
