Introducing Grounding at the Garage with Angelina Kretz!

Join us at All Heart Garage for an immersive and healing sound bath. 

In our busy, overstimulated world, the craving for calm is getting increasingly obvious and is needed by many.  A soundbath offers a gentle, non invasive way to slow down, reset the nervous system, and reconnect with our whole self. 

Angelina will incorporate singing bowls, chimes, drums, and gongs to support your maximum relaxation and to elevate your frequency. 

All that is needed from you, is that you find a comfortable position for the hour long event.  Feel free to bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillows, or one of our favorites, a zero gravity lounge chair, to recline and experience this healing modality.  

More about Angelina . . . Angelina Kretz has always been drawn to the power of sound through music performance and dance. Her deep connection to sound lead her to discover its profound impact on the mind, body, and soul as a means of personal transformation and healing.  It was a respite from her role in the automotive industry, as, none other than, an Energy Systems Engineer.  

Angelina is certified in the foundations of sound healing and is currently studying to become a licensed one-on-one sound practitioner through the Sound Healing Academy. Additionally, she holds a Level II Reiki practitioner certification, further enhancing her ability to facilitate healing and balance in others. She wishes to share her light with those open to receive, serving each individual's highest good. Whether through the healing vibrations of sound or the gentle energy of Reiki, her mission is to guide others toward living authentically in peace and harmony.
